Rental Trollies

We have 4 electric GPS trollies to help you find your way around the golf course, alongside 10 push trollies.

These are served on a first come first serve basis and all bookable with the Professional Shop.

Booking Conditions
For society bookings of 12 or more players, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
A provisional enquiry will be held for 14 days after which the tee time will be released unless a deposit has been paid.
The balance payment for green fees is required at least four weeks before the day of play.
Within four weeks of the day of play, all balance payments received are non-refundable.

Groups of 11 or fewer players are required to pay in full at the time of booking.

Reduction in Numbers
Groups can reduce in numbers up to 4 weeks before the day of play with no penalty. The total deposit paid will be applied to the balance for the remaining players.
Within two weeks of the day of play, if numbers are reduced, the deposits for the cancelled players will be forfeited.

Cancellation
We regret that we cannot offer refunds due on a deposit once paid. You may reschedule your day if approved by the club.

Alteration of Booking
Subject to availability, tee times can be moved to an alternative date within a year of the original booking.  Should the green fees increase the difference will be charged.

Adverse Weather
If you are unable to complete your round of golf due to the course closure, you will be entitled to re-book or receive a full refund for the part of the round unplayed. If the course is open and you decide not to play no refund will be given.

PGA Professionals & BIGGA
PGA professionals will receive courtesy of the course up to 12 times per annum (a minimum of 48 hours before arriving the professional must ask for courtesy).  If a PGA Professional is on a society package including food, the PGA professional will be required to pay for the food element of the package.
