Captain’s Charity Day 2025 – Prize Winners & Fundraising Success
Our 2025 Captain’s Charity Day was a fantastic success both on and off the course, with players turning out in great numbers to support two incredible causes — Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Firefly.
Thanks to everyone’s generosity through raffle ticket sales, entry fees, and donations, we’re delighted to announce that the event raised over £3,000 — an amazing achievement and a true reflection of the community spirit here at Wheatley Golf Club.
A big thank you to all the players who entered, played, and supported the event.
Special recognition goes to Sadie Noonan and Lady Captain Carol Neal for their brilliant work with the raffle tickets — your efforts made a huge difference to the total raised.
