Wheatley Golf Club, Doncaster, is offering an exciting opportunity for a PGA Trainee or Assistant Professional to join our successful and progressive team.
This full-time, permanent role offers a chance to be part of a busy, forward-thinking golf environment, working across all areas of the operation — including retail, coaching, custom fitting, and club repair within our modern indoor studio.
A key focus of this position will be leading and growing our Junior Academy Programme, delivering engaging and enjoyable sessions that continue to build on the success of one of Yorkshire’s most active junior pathways. With a consistent demand for lessons from members, visitors, and academy players, this role provides an excellent platform to develop as a coach and build a strong client base in a supportive environment.

You’ll work alongside Director of Golf, Aaron Hodkin (PGA Member & Callaway Master Staff Ambassador) and Elite Coach, Will Walker (Coach to DP World Tour players & Elite amateurs), gaining exposure to high-level coaching, custom fitting, and retail best practice.
